    How fast can workers actually start?
    Common roles like laborers, pickers/packers, cleaners and forklift operators typically dispatch in 24-48 hours. Roles requiring verified credentials (CDL, TWIC, EPA 608 for HVAC) usually run 3-5 days. For urgent same-day coverage, call us directly; it happens more often than you'd think.
    What does it cost? What's the markup?
    Your bill rate is the worker's wage plus a flat markup, quoted in writing before anyone starts. The exact rate depends on the role, since workers' comp for a CDL driver is a very different animal than for an office admin, but the number is always on the table upfront, never blended into a mystery bill rate. New clients get their first week at 0% markup, so you can judge the workers before paying us anything beyond the wage.
    What happens if a worker doesn't show up?
    We backfill the same day whenever possible, and you're never billed for hours that weren't worked. Your hiring partner's direct line exists precisely for the 6 AM problem.
    Are these your employees?
    W2 employees of WeStaff, always. Payroll taxes, unemployment, and workers' compensation are 100% our responsibility. Certificates of insurance are available on request. As a U.S. Department of Labor approved partner, compliance is the foundation of the model, not an add-on.
    Can we hire a temp permanently?
    Yes. Temp-to-perm is one of the most common ways clients use us. Conversion terms are laid out upfront in your agreement, so there's no surprise fee when you find someone you want to keep.
